This is your opportunity to develop, drive and manage 2 complex global processes and take them to the next level. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will gain a huge contact base across Arla Foods as well as a unique opportunity to significantly impact the Arla Foods business, giving you a very visible position. You will be based in the Global Product Management department in our headquarters in Aarhus. Impact the global Arla business In this dual role, you will be project owner of 2 complex global processes which span Arla – the market & category driven CAPEX process and the SKU management process. In doing so, you own, drive and facilitate them both, including managing stakeholders to maintain a holistic overview. It is your responsibility to make sure that the processes, tools and systems are defined, developed and executed successfully. Moreover, you will communicate and ensure transparency of the processes to all key stakeholders. Specifically, you will: Secure transparency of all market & category driven CAPEX in Arla Foods and facilitate the prioritisation of these within the overall CAPEX frame Be first point of contact regarding process, timing, requirements and specific cases Develop a tracking tool for the project pipeline and already approved projects, as well as securing alignment and coordination to the overall CAPEX process in Arla Foods Lead, manage and develop the existing global SKU management process in Arla Foods and secure focus across the business, including communication of process and results Take our current approach to SKU management to the next level by developing new additions to the toolbox and how we think about managing and rationalizing our product assortment Business acumen and skilled in providing structure To succeed, you must be able to navigate in a complex multi-stakeholder environment where a strong network is key to gaining an overview and getting things done. Therefore, an outgoing as well as structured and process-oriented approach is key. With your well-stocked analytical toolbox, you are able to quickly acquaint yourself with new projects and processes. Ideally, you hold a degree in business and 3-5 years of experience with project management, business consulting, or alternatively you have a background working with SKU management. Your analytical approach combined with your above average drive enable you to lead projects independently, creating structure in a less defined and complex area. With your financial acumen, you have a 360-degree business understanding. An excellent command of English as well as product/supply chain understanding is a must – and it is a plus if you have an FMCG perspective.
