Merchant Services is a business unit within Nets. We develop, sell and perform maintenance on different payment solutions in the Nordic market. Processes is a part of Merchant Services, and has the responsibility for the processes within Merchant Services. In corporation with the line organization and Group Units our department designs processes and Way of Working with full end2end and Customer Journey perspective. On top of designing and implementing new processes, the department is also organizing SAP ERP development in corporation with the SAP team. As Merchant Services now want to increase our focus on the customer journey, we are looking for a Process Agent with focus on this area. You must be Customer driven and strong on communication as this will be a great part of your everyday. The need for flexibility, professionalism and customer focus is some of our key priorities and you should be able to find a balance between following the requirements and being a great team player. You will join a team of 5 colleagues who provide new processes for Merchant Service. A large part of our information and communication will be in English, as this is the company language. Your key responsibilities in this role will be: - Process optimization and e2e process implementation - Accountable for e2e process optimization and implementation with focus on the whole customer journey. - Accountable for process optimization with focus on one part of the value chain area. - Accountable for close relations with value chain stakeholders – locally and cross Nordics. - Contribute to Nordic process alignment including system optimization. - Contribute to long term planning and development of business opportunities - both locally and Nordic. - Involve customers when needed We are looking for talents with ambitions – and passion for what they are doing! Your professional qualifications include: - Excellent insight into process optimization. - Excellent insight into supporting systems in Merchant Services. - Strong communication skills. - Commercial insight. - Market knowledge within Acquiring and physical and/or none physical payment solutions. - In depth knowledge of the customer journey. - Minimum 3 years or more of relevant experience. - Documented results as change agent, preferably within process development or Sales Support. - Minimum 3 years or more of experience within project management. - Minimum 3 years or more of experience with customer deliveries. System knowledge ( ex. SAP, Caps, Igfx, Ulearn).
