Are you a great team player and coordinator? Would you like to help structure the workday of busy management teams as well as support the LEGO Continuous Improvement Business Agenda? Assistant to the Vice President of LEGO Continuous Improvement In LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI), we partner with the business to drive productivity through implementation of LCI mind-set, structure and competencies. You will refer directly to the Vice President of LCI and support leadership teams, taking on classic PA tasks including: - Assisting the VP in day-to-day activities, such as managing the calendar and meeting preparation - Planning of and participation in Leadership Team meetings (LCI LT and LCI People Leader Forum), co-creating agendas, preparing presentations, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up - Providing general support to the LCI business agenda; develop and maintain our LCI Community SharePoint, ordering and sending LCI materials as well as ad hoc department tasks.
