Our client is a leading supplier of medical consumable products to the retail pharmacy sector. They are now looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team. As a Personal Assistant, you will organise meeting and events, create and circulate minutes and follow up on key actions as required. Additionally, you’ll prepare a range of reports, research and presentations. You will also be required to assist with the recruitment process. Maintaining confidentiality at all times, you’ll provide all aspects of administrative support, from diary management to making complex travel and accommodation arrangements. Supporting the smooth running of the office, you’ll greet senior visitors, respond to telephone calls and perform a range of admin tasks. To be considered, you must have: - At least two years’ experience as a PA in an office environment - Previous experience in HR or recruitment OR a business-related qualification - Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages Flexible and adaptable, as a Personal Assistant, you must be able to juggle a range of different tasks and deadlines, even whilst under pressure.
