Would you like to put your administrative skills to work as a key member of our Marketing and Fundraising team? MacIntyre is a national charity supporting children, young people and adults with learning disabilities. Our core belief is that everyone has potential and something to offer to their community. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our Marketing and Fundraising team, based at our central office in Milton Keynes. The team is crucial in promoting MacIntyre's profile and reputation, and in supporting all our fundraising activities Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Fundraising, you'll provide full administrative support, including diary management, correspondence, typing, photocopying and all the 101 other tasks needed to keep a busy team functioning well. You'll assist in the production of marketing materials and updating our fundraising database. You'll have the opportunity to join the team representing MacIntyre at internal and external events. This is a full-time role (35 hpw), Monday to Friday. The working day is normally 9 - 5 but there may be some flexibility around this. About you You'll be an organised Administrator able to prioritise, plan and deliver your tasks to agreed deadlines. You'll need good skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You'll be a great communicator, verbally and in writing, able to build constructive relationships both within MacIntyre and with external contacts. Ideally, you'll drive and have your own transport.
