-?Human Resources -?Denmark - Bagsværd In the R&D People & Organisation (P&O) we are looking for a new Leadership Development Consultant in the Talent and Leadership Development team. We collaborate closely with the entire People and Organisation area as well as with line managers across the entire Research & Development organisation in driving the Novo Nordisk talent management agenda. Our aim is to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of current and upcoming leaders and specialists, who are able to unfold and grow their potential across a global organisation. We do this through creating and executing high quality talent programmes, leadership development activities and cross-organisational HR-development projects. We are looking for a Leadership Development Consultant, who has a passion for talent and leadership development with excellent competences and experiences within facilitation, consultancy, and coaching and project management. Currently, you might be working as a Leadership Consultant, HR-development Partner or Talent Management Consultant and preferably you also have knowledge about working in a global organisation. You have experience with translating classroom training into “on the job” learning and implementation. About the department The R&D talent and leadership development unit supports the entire R&D organisation consisting of approximately 5500 dedicated people. You will be part of a smaller team within R&D P&O with the main responsibilities of driving leadership development activities and talent and succession management. The position As our new Leadership Development Consultant, you will be able to apply three key competences of your profile: your insights and dedication to talent and leadership development, your convincing and energising communication and facilitation skills and your ambitious and professional focus on participating in creating a motivating learning environment both in programmes and on the job. A main part of the job is to manage our leadership and project management programmes, ensuring the professional content and smooth execution. You will be responsible for the programmes in a co-creation and co-delivery model of collaboration along with your colleagues and our external partners and vendors. It is your responsibility to ensure a seamless collaboration and the delivery of top level quality. It is essential that you are able to connect with the business and understand the needs and challenges of the organisation to ensure the relevance and importance of the activities.
