We’re looking for a Lead Co-ordinator / Analyst to join our Marketing Strategy team for 6 months. This is a newly created role to provide a centralised function which will optimise sales leads and cross selling to promote all of Wesleyan’s products and services to our customers. In this role you’ll manage the commercial sales leads which are produced by various business areas from creation to completion of contact. This process will include managing the central inbox where leads will be sent, to sharing the leads across the business units and following up with progress. About the Role Using the sales leads you’ll create a list for business units to contact customers Ensure the customer experience is seamless and joined up so customers aren’t over contacted by different business units Ability to input data accurately Ability to identify trends or issues which arise from the process Regular communication with business areas to recommend leads Problem solving Adhoc reporting About You We’re looking for candidates who have excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail, as well as being proficient in excel. You must enjoy analysing data, problem solving and administrative tasks and have an organised and flexible approach to work. In this role you’ll communicate with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business to discuss your feedback, findings and solutions to optimising sales leads, therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
