We have production sites 4 continents. In Blades we make the blades for the turbines, we are headquartered in Lem, Denmark, with production and development facilities, in US, India, China, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK and Denmark. We currently have a very high focus on standardization - also within how we organize ourselves and the way we structure our jobs globally. Part of that focus is on training people in a uniform manner As part of this focus we are establishing this new role where you together with your manager and colleagues in India will make this standardization a reality We are looking for a passionate person who is able to facilitate creation of lesson- and assessment plans together with our SME – Subject Matter Experts – for all our functional training. In other words creating training- and assessment material, for functional training reflects needs of the business, at a level that optimizes learning irrespective of learning styles. Other than that you'll be expected to be assisting our factories in developing structured training based on the newly developed materials. We are talking training for both new hires and new training for people with several years of seniority in the company. Responsibilities You will be a central point of contact for any training related matter between our factories and the HQ functions. You will be considered a SME regarding learning and training in the organization, and as such you’ll be expected to be able to bring relevant and new knowledge in this field to the table, in discussions and workshop at several levels of the organization. An essential part of the job is that you’ll work at liaison officer between out HQ in Lem and our colleagues in Chennai, India. You'll advice on creating and developing training- and assessment material, function as TWI Trainer, general knowledge sharing SME and facilitate coordination of SME work within area across BU’s - Business Units. You will corporate closely with PMO PM’s - Project Management Office - Project Managers - to secure relevant training is carried out in connection with Tech Transfers, facilitate SME work across SME areas, training relevant people in factories in tracking training data and facilitate training of trainers in “the art of training” – not the actual subject of training. Qualifications We emphasize that you have experience with organizing and execution of training of professional adults with varied backgrounds. That you have communication skills that enables you to conduct training in both a traditional class room situation, as well as on a noisy shop floor – And literally 30 minutes later deliver a quick and to the point presentation to our SVP –Senior Vice President and his management team. In order to be taken seriously by the culturally and internationally diverse group of stakeholders that you’ll be working with, it's imperative that your knowledge is practically and well as theoretically founded. In other words you need a solid background and work experience with training/learning and learning development- at least +5 years - If you have manufacturing knowledge from the wind industry even better.
