Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
This is the job for you if you want to: Join a global business that tackles some of the great challenges the world faces – among others water scarcity. Work with outstanding technology platforms. Be part of the Grundfos Lifelink team, a highly regarded and competent group of people within sustainability in water supply. Our Lifelink water solutions combine innovative and reliable technology with professional service networks to support operations on the ground. Through partnerships across sectors, business model thinking as well as a holistic and long-term approach, we aim to provide sustainable and scalable water solutions to the water utility segment, international NGOs and major OEMs. As key account manager, you will have the opportunity to help build Lifelink further. You will work primarily with international NGOs and OEMs to help them convert strategic framework agreements into key account plans. You will make things happen. Join us to use your key account expertise. What is the job about? Essentially, you will function as KAM with responsibility for international NGOs and OEMs. You will cooperate closely with our Funding & Partnership department. They will open doors to the NGOs and negotiate framework agreements. Once such framework agreements are finished being negotiated, you will take over the account and work towards key account plans. Along the way, you help ensure a direction is set, provide and facilitate insights on technical solutions to our customers and in general keep abreast of the development policies in individual focus countries through market intelligence. Your primary tasks will be to: Prepare and deliver on annual key account plans and budget through activity planning. Monitor and analyse policy and regulatory developments in focus countries. Donor mapping is part of this task. Initiate and plan semi-annual meetings with NGO partners to discuss needs and progress on key account plans. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders. Attend internal and external business meetings, seminars, sales conferences and other events which may involve overnight stays and international travel, below 30 days per year. Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Finally, you will be collaborating widely across Grundfos. Our Funding & Partnerships team will be one of your key stakeholders as you serve as the link of communication between key customers and Grundfos departments. What do you need to apply? You need to have solid experience in managing key accounts commercially and professionally. You have worked structured with KAM full-circle, meaning you have experience with aspects such as systems, plans and so on, and you can document the success in your KAM history. Further, we imagine you have worked as a key account manager in an industrial company for about 5 years, having sold B2B solutions. In addition, you need to: Be curious to be able to find out the how and why when things go wrong, and to be able to navigate and find your way through a large organisation. Have excellent collaborative skills, both in terms of working with the customer and internally with your Grundfos colleagues. Have the negotiation skills to ensure your key account plans stay on track as you and the success of your plans depend on many different people. Be persistent, have personal drive and be flexible because your plans will not always unfold as expected.
