A fantastic opportunity due to expansion in this non profit organisation for an experienced HR Generalist to work with the HR Manager and deliver an exceptional HR Service to deliver on an impressive People Agenda. Putting people at the core of the organisation who already deliver excellence for those they serve and would like this mirrored internally. You will work with a supportive team, a dynamic leadership team and a whole population committed to the mission of their non profit. It’s a wonderfully rewarding environment.

Your role will involve; updating HR Policies and procedures, looking after any employee queries, managing disciplinaries and grievances. HR reporting and updating the HR System, coordinate on Payroll, Recruitment of part time and full time staff, ensuring all HR documents are updated and issue contracts, as well as getting involved in HR Projects with the HR Director.

This is a great opportunity to further your best practice HR career. It is essential you have a relevant 3rd level qualification with no less than 3 years HR experience to include Recruitment.
