SKOV continues its successful growth strategy which includes increased focus on competence development of SKOV end-users, SKOV distributors and service partners, and SKOV employees. As a part of this development, we are looking for an experienced manager to further structure, drive and accelerate our activities towards providing a superior customers experience in form of high competence and effective processes in all market channels. Areas of responsibility will be to define, implement and communicate Strategy 2020 for a Global Distributor Certification Programme (80 distributors globally) and to lead, develop and coordinate the SKOV Academy Team, which supplies class-room and web-based training. End-users are trained in optimal operation of SKOV systems, whereas SKOV distributors, service partners and employees are trained in selling, installing and commissioning of SKOV systems. In your new job you can look forward to a great range of exciting and challenging tasks but your main focus areas will be to: • Develop and implement the Global Distributor Certification Programme in close cooperation with Sales, Global Support and Business Development • Build up and develop strong relations with Distributors and Service Partners to asses and coordinate the competence development activities • Develop, lead and coordinate the team of trainers at SKOV Academy and in addition, make use of the competencies of these employees in the implementation of the Global Distributor Certification Programme. In order to be a success in your new job we expect that you have: • A relevant degree (B.Sc. or similar), Engineering, Commercial education with technical understanding or similar • Strong management / project management experience • Have at least five years of distributor development experience from a similar job in an international organisation. You are used to travelling and should expect approx 40-60 travel days per year • Technical understanding within some of the following areas: Building construction, ventilation, heating, cooling, control & regulation, management systems and web-based learning. • Speak and write fluent English and in advantage perhaps also manage other languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish) • Strong IT competencies At the personal level you are dynamic and outgoing, always putting the customer in focus. You work independently and you are passionate about creating contacts and long lasting relationships across organisations and cultures. You must be thinking strategically and seeking to understand and influence the whole picture. You are focusing on development and constantly looking for improvement areas to be challenged and fulfilled. Furthermore you like to manage and guide your team to use its full potential.
