Would you like to develop the talents and future leaders of Arla Foods? You will be liaising with all functions and make your voice heard across the entire global company, as you head up, design and represent our global talent programmes. Make a difference to our talents In this newly created position as the Arla Foods Global Talent Programmes Manager, you take on a highly complex role where you will lead all our global talent programmes, their strategy and designs. Also, you will collaborate closely with the Global Talent Programme Coordinator as well as HR business partners and our Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition departments. More specifically, the role includes managing 4-5 global talent programmes and engaging with leaders and talents across the organisation. Also, you: Act as the public face of the Arla Talent Programmes and make yourself available for queries Design the purpose, processes and content of the Arla Global Talent Programmes for the full duration of all programmes, ensuring each programme is separately designed yet complementary Ensure commercial and impactful partnering with internal and external stakeholders to enable world-class talent development interventions in multiple locations Analyse the programmes and their impact on the business to ensure that they are key enablers to the Arla business strategy Advice, counsel and challenge talents as they progress through their programmes “This is a unique opportunity to use your previous business experience in combination with your interest in people – their personal development and further learning – as you collaborate across all the Arla zones and functions designing the programmes that will give Arla a robust Global Talent Pipeline” says Senior Director, Global Talent & Leadership, Sarah Barron. Socially confident with a global mindset As you step into this role, your challenge is to develop as the go-to-person on talent programmes while you simultaneously develop and align our approach to the programmes. To succeed, you will need to be inspiring, collaborative and socially confident by nature – and thereby able to speak in front of groups of people of all levels and deliver messages confidently in a way that inspires trust and interest. You hold a university degree and an interest in talent development You know how to navigate a global matrix organisation, and you have the programme management skills to lead multiple global processes across cultures, seniority and fields of expertise You have proven change management skills and the ability to analyse needs You can use data to generate insights, and use these insights to inform and design and implement solutions You communicate effortlessly in English
