The house is surrounded by wonderful grounds, hosts a thriving business and is a key part of a close community. The family requires assistance with; * childcare; including help with homework, driving, meal planning and creative activities. * family life; food preparation, meal planning, grocery shopping and occasional dog care. * household tasks; laundry, bed making, tidying and some light cleaning duties. The parent's help should be able to find work for themselves independently at appropriate times but keep the children's care as their priority. They will need to be comfortable with several children at once as friends often visit and they need to be at ease meeting other parents and arranging play dates with other families. The role will be supported by managed independent cleaners providing a comprehensive, daily service and the family's PA and there will also be additional support from the businesses staff for specific events. Requirements * Hold a full UK driving license, and be a safe driver. * Environmentally aware and confident using non-toxic and sustainable cleaning and laundry products. * Passionate about healthy food. * Responsible for budgeting, stocking supplies and purchasing groceries. * A focused energy with a dedicated work ethic. * Able to work with and appreciate hands-on parents. * Self motived, adaptable and intuitive. * Professional, loyal, honest, trustworthy and discreet. * Meticulous and responsible. Experience within professional homes, accommodation or hospitality a plus. Specialist skills with antiques or other artefacts would be very useful. Hours will vary in accordance with the family's work schedule, but should expect to work from 7:30am several days a week and some evenings. Split shifts may be required.
