DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER VACANCY Are you looking to work for an entrepreneurial boutique organisation that are growing from strength to strength and have a huge amount of scope for huge success? FOODEL is a disruptive technology platform targeting restaurants and take aways aimed at giving them the tools to increase sales, retain customers and improve their communication and marketing channels with their customer base. We're searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and spearhead the marketing strategy for this start-up business.This role can be flexible and would suite someone who is happy either working full time or would like to split their hours over the entire week - great for someone who needs flexibility. Being based in the office is important and once settled into the job, that ability to work from home, is an option as part of the role. This role encompasses all aspects of Marketing, including: * Website and SEO * Social Media * Events & Seminars * Email and eShot Marketing * CRM Management and Client Engagement * Mobile Apps * Establishing and managing new marketing initiatives in line with company goals and lead generation for new business An understanding of the F&B industry together with mobile applications / online ordering platforms is preferential but not essential. You will be dynamic with an emphasis on understanding the importance of working in line with the company’s corporate image. Being able to work autonomously and establishing smart and new marketing initiatives is pivotal to this role. It is important to have a good knowledge and experience of cross channel marketing, with the ability to self-motivate and understand the direct relation between Marketing and gaining a return of investment from the budget set. The role includes identifying new marketing initiatives, such as partnerships, along with cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners and agencies whilst keeping management updated on every campaign on a regular basis. We're looking for someone with a great personality, the ability to convey humour and engagement whilst maintaining a sales orientated approach to marketing and social communications with people on all levels. Knowledge, Experience & Skills * Minimum of 2-3 years solid marketing experience. * Proven ability to think strategically in a very competitive e-commerce sector * Excellent reporting, KPI and mathematical skills * Strong knowledge of Google Analytics * Strong social media marketing skills (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) * Strong communication skills are important, as you will be providing weekly/monthly reports. * Advanced Excel skills with strong focus on correlating data sets & commercial forecasting * Identifying business opportunities, problem solving and creative thinking * Planning, organising and developing marketing campaigns * Maintaining and growing ROI for PPC campaigns * Strong understanding of SEO, affiliate, re-marketing & email marketing * Understand and experience in offline mediums * Creative content writing * Be self-motivated and a self-starter and work with own initiative * Work to tight deadlines and set targets We offer a good basic salary and generous commission and bonus plan.
