Delivering an excellent digital customer experience is not easy. It requires a perfect orchestration of customer insights, marketing technology, and business processes. And of course, good people who really “get digital” and know how to bring all of this together. This is what we do in the Grundfos Digital Media team. And now we’re looking for a strong addition to our team – an experienced and highly professional Digital Consultant who will help us make Grundfos shine online. You will join a team of 8 colleagues working with different digital media disciplines. We lead the Grundfos group effort on Digital Media – and drive initiatives across the areas of marketing and corporate communication. You report to Digital Media Manager, Mads Pedersen. What is the job about? As our Digital Media Consultant, you will be the “action consultant” who combines expert domain knowledge with hands-on assistance to colleagues in headquarters but not least around the world. For instance, you: Work with site/content owners in our global organisation to maximise the success and value of national websites and other digital customer touchpoints. This through a combination of ad-hoc consultancy and planned activities to build and execute a roadmap for local efforts. Bridge local and global efforts to ensure global projects and initiatives are enriched with input from local teams, and that local teams adopt global best practices. Drive and develop our global framework for Digital Media Maturity and Governance to ensure the positive development of all digital customer touches. Actively explore opportunities to improve the customer journey across all our digital touchpoints, 65+ national websites, various campaigns, social media and mobile apps. Successfully manage projects to implement new digital media/digital marketing tools, processes, and competencies. What do you need to apply? You have a proven track record working as a practitioner and consultant within a number of key digital media and digital marketing disciplines honing your critical blend of business and technical skills. That could be from an international company or from an agency supporting multiple clients in different countries. Experience from working in a B2B context and a global outlook is a plus. The ideal candidate: Demonstrates extensive domain expertise and actual hands-on experience working within several key disciplines such as User Experience (UX) Design, Customer Journey Mapping, Web Content Management, E-mail marketing, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics/Insights, SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Customer Profiling and Personalisation, Multi-Variant Testing, and Social Media. Is a strong communicator who can discuss possible actions with stakeholders in a non-technical language and who can master difficult dialogues using a mix of persistence direct talk and diplomacy. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Danish is a definite plus. Works effectively in a highly complex b2b environment and quickly establish a working knowledge of customers, markets, and products. Has a proven track record of managing digital projects using both agile and classic methodologies. Likes to work in a global setting, with colleagues of many nationalities and cultures, and is comfortable with some travelling (10-15 days per year expected) Stays up to date with trends and best practices in technology and digital business. Knows how and why best-in-class organisations and companies are succeeding. Personal attributes You are fast-paced and result oriented, you finish what you start, and you deliver on your commitments. You are responsive, flexible with assigned tasks. You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and help resolve any impasses in creative ways.
