Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
The Role: Reporting to the Customer BI Manager, the Customer BI Specialist will deliver analytical insights to the business by implementing analytical models designed and developed by the Customer BI Manager using established analytics software tools to enable Irish Water to provide increasingly more targeted customer segmentation and revenue management information. They will be the primary contact point with business owners within IW to manage business requests through a bespoke intranet application, gather requirements, support design and manage delivery of an expanding reporting suite. They will use established reporting methodologies to deliver and continuously develop operational requirements. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide descriptive and predictive operational analytics in support of all Customer Operations Teams • Provide revenue analytics to minimize customer credit risk and optimize revenue collection • Provide analytical insights to support the performance management of vendors • Manage and support resolution of report related functional and technical queries for business owners within Customer Operations • Carry out technical report specification and design (SAP BO/QlikView) for delivery to Irish Waters Business Intelligence Core Competency (BICC) group • Assist Customer Operations teams in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of processes resulting from continuous improvement initiatives • Support all customer functions through management design and delivery of BAU reporting • Manage and support the delivery of monthly KPI and BSC dashboards to senior management team • Provide ad hoc customer related data extractions (SQL) as required • Provide customer reporting to various IW departments (eg Finance, Regulation, Assets) • Lead as primary contact point with business owners within customer operations to manage business requests through a bespoke intranet application, manage workshops, gather technical requirements, support design and manage delivery of dynamic reporting suite. • Production of periodic reports on data management as required • Understand Irish Water's business strategy and performance focus • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
