If so, then we have the job of your wishes where you can set the standard for business performance management in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP). About the department The DFP Business Intelligence team is part of DFP Business Support delivering support to the global decision processes. The team is responsible for providing insights to the performance of DFP both in relation to past, current and expectations to future performance. The team is in close collaboration with stakeholders in Product Supply and DFP, responsible for creating transparency and foundation for tactical and strategic decision process, setting the direction for the +5.000 employees in DFP. The position As Business Analyst, you will be involved in a variety of activities related to business performance management, e.g. Management reporting, tactical and strategic analysis’ and ad-hoc deep dives into performance. You will be a key driver in continuously improving our business processes to ensure our ambitious goals in quality, delivery and cost, while further strengthening the connection between key stakeholders in DFP and Product Supply. You will play a central role in driving performance to the next level, and set the scene for further improvement of business performance. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master's degree (i.e. in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management) with excellent results, you like working with numbers, have excellent analytical skills and a holistic business understanding. As a person you are ambitious, dedicated and a team-player. You have good communication skills and can easily interact with employees at all levels in the organisation. Your tasks will require independence, a flexible approach and good oral and written communication skills. You will experience an enthusiastic working climate with a focus on quality and results. Experience with analytic tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or alike will be seen as an advantage.
