Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Reporting to the Customer Service Specialist the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring all complaints/escalations escalated by the contact centre, Irish Water staff or contractors are dealt with in an effective and timely manner. They will liaise with third parties and Local Authorities to work through customer complaints/escalation issues and implement solutions in line with customer specific regulatory standards. They are also responsible for identifying initiatives to reduce complaints/escalations and tracking approved initiatives through to completion Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Liaises with all areas of Customer Operations and the wider business in: - Resolving complaints/escalations which have been escalated by the outsourced customer contact team including all areas of customer operations and follow up with the wider IW business. - Coordinate and updating classification of complaints/escalations - Mange of complaints/escalations resolution throughout the business - Ensure all complaints/escalation resolution processes (documentation and compliance) • Proactively maintain a daily track of open complaints/escalations and follow up with complaint owners on resolution Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Relevant third level qualification with some experience in customer service or a customer-related role • Good knowledge of Customer Service functions within a call centre environment, preferably with experience of working in complaints • Relevant experience in the utilities, telecommunications or retail financial services industries is highly desirable Please see link to website for further information: https://www.water.ie/about-us/careers/customer-service-speciali/
