    Your major role is to look after A and B and class clients, serve as the primary point of contact and servicing them in all areas of accounting and business advisory services.

    You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in accountancy and ideally a minimum of 2 years working as a manager with direct reports.  

    Oversee a diverse portfolio of client across various industries.

    Contribute to the businesses accounting technology strategy, leading the implementation of new accounting solutions for your clients.

    You will be required to help our clients with year end and strategic client meetings and business mentoring and advice

    You will review workflows and manage your teams deadlines – internal and external.

    You will work with your Senior Production Manager, helping them finalise jobs and tasks.

    You will train and develop the technical skills of your direct reports helping and teaching them with all aspects of financial statement preparation, taxation return preparation and bookkeeping.

    Your role is to review your teams work and ensure it for quality and have tasks and jobs done.

    In this regard be task driven but also have an ability to work with other accountants and bookkeepers, helping and guiding then technically.

    The position requires you to report to the Managing Director

Team Work

    Training and helping other Accountants and Bookkeepers on your team both in Ireland and offshore

    Conducting your team members performance reviews.

    You are required to have a high level of interpersonal or selling skills in this role.

    You should be a good leader, results and outcomes driven but with great people skills.

     You should have the ability to be an extremely good communicator of complex technical information.

    You are a natural people person and love working with and dealing with client’s problems.

Technical Requirements

    Fully qualified accountant with practice experience

    The successful applicant needs a very high level of technical knowledge and an ability to apply it to finalise Jobs

    Review and Finalise Corporation Tax and Personal Tax Returns

    Use of the following software (training provided) – Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, Syft, Karbon, Surf Accounts Production, CT and PT Pro, Microsoft Products
