Responsible for undertaking pole installation and replacement in conjunction with the lines crew in a switch environment. Work as a team member and taking responsibility for health, safety and daily welfare.

Record all plant and equipment checks

Compliance with all health, safety, quality and environment

Work with Lines Crew to ensure a safe working site

Ensure poling job packs are up to date, completed and signed off

Ensure works are always carried out in an efficient and diligent manner

Ensure all works are completed and comply with the quality standards

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Report all incidents near miss/good catch in line with the company reporting procedures

Experience of operating Hiab and Truck mounted cranes
