As an Online Fashion Advisor, you will be part of a great team and all together we will:
Handle and respond to fashion queries including order taking, product information, tracking deliveries, returns by phone, email, or tickets
Support our clients at every step of the shopping process
Identify clients’ needs to achieve the best purchasing experience
We need a candidate with:
Fluency in Swedish language for daily communication with customers
Good command of English (B1) for training and internal communication
Affinity for Fashion and e-commerce will be considered as an advantage
Team player
Self-motivation and result-orientation
