Your mission, if you accept it:Our Core Project Unit is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.The Core Project Unit is a management team overseeing all projects performed within PwC Luxembourg. The team aims to increase its capability to support business in their transformation (organizational, technologic, cultural).As our Senior Business Analyst, you will be the support to the Project Management on project management activities.

Be a part of our team where you will:

• Assist project teams in implementing project and change management activities;• Document/analyze “as is” process and propose areas to improve efficiency;• Propose “to be” processes and document business requirements by closely working with the business stakeholders;• Facilitate process modeling workshops, hold meetings, research processes, collect data, analyze information, document procedures;• Closely collaborate with the Project Manager and support him in project management activities.• Consult and coach project team members.

Let's talk about you. If you are/have

• motivated, solution-oriented and capable to adapt yourself in any situations;• able to liaise and operate effectively with people at all levels;• able to handle multiple and complex projects with a creative spirit and methodology;• able to consider global perspectives to make recommendations for complex matters;• a background in Project Management and Change Management;• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar position and hold a University degree or similar;• fluent in English;• proven experience in defining and implementing strategies;• a good knowledge of MS Office.
