About the Role: As a manager, you will take full responsibility and ownership of your  restaurant. You will manage the running of your restaurant and be responsible for its success. You will lead by example and motivate your team.

The role involves elements of: Finance and Administration; People Management; Stock Ordering and Waste Management; Customer Interface and Complaint Resolution; Marketing and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

As a manager, you will be accountable for operating your store efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. You will be required to:

•    Manage staffing budgets, rosters and authorise wages.

•    Proactively drive sales and protect profit margins.

•    Control stock orders and manage stock wastage.

•    Provide on the job coaching and training for staff.

•    Ensure standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained whilst complying with Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP regulations.

•    Manage the recruitment, onboarding and induction of new starters.

•    Prepare and review operational reports for the business.

•    Comply with company policies and procedures.

•    Resolve customer complaints and queries.

•    Implement promotional campaigns from head office.

•    Communicate all business updates, announcements and initiatives to your team.

Candidate Requirements:

•    3 or more years’ experience in a similar industry.

•    Excellent customer service and communication skills

•    The ability to lead and motivate teams and influence people

•    Commercial awareness

•    Enthusiastic and energetic

•    Good organisational Skills

•    Decision making and problem-solving skills

•    A result driven approach to work.
