Prestigious Wine Bar & Restaurant – Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland

We are seeking an exceptional Wine Bar and Restaurant General Manager to oversee operations at a prestigious wine bar and restaurant located in the heart of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining, a flair for creating an exceptional guest experience, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in service, food quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Manage day-to-day operations of the wine bar and restaurant, ensuring the highest level of service.

•    Develop and implement innovative menus, ensuring they reflect the quality and style of the establishment.

•    Oversee staff training, recruitment, and performance management, ensuring the team is motivated and efficient.

•    Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.

•    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

•    Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements:

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in a similar fine dining or hospitality environment

•    Proven track record of managing and leading a team with strong leadership skills.

•    Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and quality control

•    Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills

•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

•    A passion for wine and an understanding of wine pairing would be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

•    Starting annual salary of €45,000 (based on a 39-hour work week)
