Accounting Analyst (AA) (m/f/d). Luzern. Suiza

In the position, you will be responsible for the activities related to Accounting routines of the

company. When required, you will also provide support in Administrative demands of the Company.

Your responsibilities:

- ACCOUNTING AND CONTROLLING:

o Conduct operational accounting duties, including but not limited to accounts payable

and accounts receivables;

o Perform financial accounting accountabilities such as balance sheet and P/L

reconciliations and financial reporting in IFRS and Swiss GAAP;

o Perform a month end and year-end closing bookings/checks;

o Keep control of all invoices and ensure invoices are processed in time and close the

month-end period in the company;

o Submit Reports internally and to external regarding Personnel, Sales by Product Line,

Monthly Sales Performance, Net Sales;

- TAXES:

o In charge of all tax related topics in order to guarantee validity and accuracy of all

taxation matters, including but not limited to gathering of accounts between

Recoverable Taxes and Taxes to be paid, calculation of current Corporate Income

Tax, Calculation of Deferred Tax, VAT Return.

o The tax activities are made under internal/external supervision/consultant support.

- OTHER ACTIVITIES:

o Projects and office demands.

Your qualification:

- Degree in Accounting or Business administration (or equivalent field of study);

- German and English (mandatory); Portuguese or Spanish (are a strong asset);

- Advanced knowledge of Swiss GAAP (mandatory) and IFRS;

- Desirable 3 years’ experience, preferably in an international environment;

- Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset;

- Initiative, leadership, self-management, analytical thinking and communication skills.

- Work permit to work in Switzerland (Visa or European Nationality).

Reporting: Reports directly to the Controlling and Administrative Manager
