Our mission is to develop a cutting-edge platform for commercial management of renewable power plants. By structuring the unstructured we will make sure the right information is available at the right time, enabling the right decision.

You will play an integral role in delivering the first version of our platform, defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. In the beginning you will also be responsible for building and (in time) managing our engineering capability. As a small company there will be ample opportunity to stretch beyond the normal “confines” of a technical role as well!

To be successful in the role, you should:

• Have a strong technical background and the ability deliver as an individual contributor

• Have at least 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably with delivery of B2B SaaS products

• Have some experience with leading and managing engineering teams

• Be knowledgable about generative AI, knowledge graphs, and related concepts

• Be customer-centric and data-driven

• Be fluent in English, proficiency in other languages may be considered beneficial

We have experience from the renewable energy industry, so you don’t have to.

The role is based in Oslo, Norway at our in StartupLab located at Forskningsparken.

We are developing a platform to help owners of renewable power plants and their service providers gaining access to the right information at the right time, enabling the right decisions. In order to achieve this we deconstruct the hundreds of documents describing each plant into snippets of information in accordance with our domain-driven data model.

In the next 7 years, the world needs to invest almost twice what has been invested into renewable energy generation in the last 20 years. At the same time subsidies are being rolled back, increasing the need to for ensuring that projected ROI is not compromised by underperformance of the investments (i.e. plants).

We have lived the pain, and know that NOW is the time to transform the way commercial management of renewable energy plants is being done.
