We are looking for a caretaker for the full time ( 100%) position in Trondheim.

The tasks consist of:

• Perform simple maintenance and ensure good order in our apartments
• Report and correct deviations
• Pick up, lift, carry, drive goods
• Pack and unpack items
• Receive trolleys with bed linen
• Help in the cleaning department when needed
• Contribute to a good working environment

We are looking for you who are:

• Positive, dutiful and reliable
• Like varied and hectic working days
• Have an eye for detail and is accurate
• Is flexible and can have a varied working time
• Is good at collaborating
• Speaks English, Norwegian is a plus
