Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

We are looking for an experienced Program Director for our executive level Master in Sustainable Leadership program. You will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and overall success of the program. You will be part of a high-performing team and our shared goal is to ensure that every cohort is delivered successfully and adds the highest possible value to the participants, sponsor companies, and the organization.

About our Master in Sustainable Leadership programs

Our Master in Sustainable Leadership (MSL) program is an innovative, accredited programme that enables Executives to drive the sustainability agenda in their organizations, through equipping them with the skills to navigate the complexities around sustainability, as well as the tools to design, execute, and lead others in implementing sustainability solutions. The MSL program brings academic content out of the classroom by integrating learning into real-world cases and projects. Participants will practice everything they learn in a real-life context and a key feature is the immersive learning project, spanning the 2-year programme. The MSL program is a journey of personal and professional transformation where participants invest in both personal and the sponsoring company’s ability to drive sustainability solutions, as well as one’s own inner development skills to leverage this knowledge, lead others, and bring about positive change. We are launching the third cohort in August.

We may be asking a lot, but we need a person who ideally combines four key skills: knowledge about sustainability, experience with academic/executive level educations, a commercial mindset and skills, and a leadership profile including feeling at home in front of a class of executive students or company leaders. Experience with education includes design/redesign of educational programs. You will not formally have direct reports, but the role requires a leadership capacity in managing the program team as having the senior role with the overall responsibility, as well as managing faculty and leading the participants in class. You ideally have an educational background with a master’s degree relating to the above fields of expertise or a similarly strong foundation as a practitioner.
