You are jointly responsible for a smooth training process. To this end, you will be in contact with our airline customers from all over the world, clarify questions and provide on-site support. You will also support our instructors in the preparation and follow-up of training courses.

- You will be responsible for the complete planning of all training and courses in the Safety & Service department

- You will draw up training and deployment plans and coordinate teaching facilities (classrooms and training equipment)

- You will be also responsible for ensuring that the cabin training procedures are adhered to

- You will act as the first point of contact for our customers and instructors and respond competently to all inquiries

- You will ensure training for the Group airlines (especially Swiss and Edelweiss) and airlines in the external market by maintaining constant communication with the interfaces and regularly comparing requirements

Ihr Profil:

Are you ready for a temporary assignment as a maternity cover for a colleague? Then we would be delighted if you also have the following and we have aroused your interest.

- A completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally at least two years of professional experience in an administrative field

- We are looking for someone with a talent for planning and organization; if you are also fascinated by aviation, that's a plus for you

- Very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential for this position

- You are well versed in MS Office, especially Excel, and your good IT affinity is highly desirable

- If you have a precise, structured and efficient way of working as well as a high level of quality awareness, you also meet our requirements

- If independence, helpfulness and open and transparent communication are important to you, you've come to the right place
