-?Research & Development -?Denmark - Måløv We are seeking a motived Scientist with interest in antibody characterisation, automation and IT-systems to join the department of Immunogenicity Assessment. About the department Our department is responsible for the assessment of immunogenicity, immunosafety and mitogenicity of new pharmaceutical drug candidates within the diabetes, obesity, haemophilia and growth hormone portfolio. We develop and validate assays for immunosafety, mitogenicity assessment and detection of antibody responses to drug candidates using a variety of assays types e.g. RIA, MSD, ELISA, Biacore and cell based assays. The position You will participate in automation processes of assays for characterisation of antibodies in samples from clinical and non-clinical studies. This includes validation and testing of IT-systems and equipment (e.g. LIMS, liquid handlers, barcodes, etc.) as we are in the process of transforming our laboratories into paperless laboratories. You may also be involved in assay development and writing validation reports. You can look forward to an interesting and challenging position in a department with science and data driven scientists and highly skilled technicians. Please note that this is a one-year position with a start date as soon as possible Qualifications You have a background within analytical assays and automation, and preferably experience with immunology and drug development. A candidate with laboratory IT-system knowledge, V-model validation experience or skills with assay automation using liquid handlers will be preferred. Programming experience is an advantage. Good communication skills are important, and as we work according to international guidelines and quality systems, a high level of quality mind-set is essential. You are a result-oriented, dynamic, flexible and dedicated team player. You have a good sense of humour and a large capacity for handling different tasks at the same time.
