Telesales Advisor Location: Old Basford, NG6 0FZ Salary: £16,000 to £35,000 per annum – Depending on experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent An opportunity has arisen for 6 new Telesales Advisor’s to join our company in 2018 We call existing customers offering a wide range of natural health products.

We are now looking to expand one of our established sales departments and are looking for passionate and experienced sales professionals to work within our call centre.

The Telesales Advisor Key Responsibilities: • Contacting warm leads to maximise sales and to cross sell products • Close leads • Working to and exceeding targets • Offer customers assistance on the right product for their condition. • Identifying opportunities where alternative and additional products could be offered • Continually managing and developing a portfolio of accounts The ideal Telesales Advisor will need the following skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will be a strong sales person who is a great influencer and who also has an understanding of customer needs.
