We are recruiting for a Telephone based Customer Service Advisor based on the outskirts of Plymouth.

This is an on-going temporary position with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.

Full-time hours working shifts between 8am - 9pm, 5 days out of 7. £8.72 p/h As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be taking inbound calls off internal and external customers with a variety of enquiries ranging from stock enquires, orders and general enquires.

This is a very busy role and you will be expected to work to a high standard of quality and accuracy along with working to deadlines.

Candidates must have excellent telephone based Customer Service experience, and ideally come from a Call Centre / Contact Centre background and have good IT skills.
