Work tasks: 1. Plans, organizes and oversees the maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment and mechanical systems to ensure operational effectiveness.

2. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.

3. Maintaining properties, facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure it’s at working standards.

4. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.

5. Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

6. Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.

7. Ensuring all team workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.

8. Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.

9. Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

10. Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

Other requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. At least 3 years’ experience in maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems of the Production company.

3. Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.

4. Good written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.

5. Good English language skills, preferable Latvian conversational level.

6. B category driving license.
