Technical Supporter

We are on the hunt for a Technical Supporter that can provide top-notch support in Norwegian to join our team in Customer Care. If you enjoy turning frowns upside down and have a knack for troubleshooting, keep reading.

 What are your key responsibilities?

  • Be the superhero who provides technical support in Norwegian.
  • Master the art of receiving and processing customer requests via email, web and phone.
  • Have daily contact with consumers and customers regarding troubleshooting.
  • Tackle customer complaints like a pro, including those tricky advanced cases
  • Juggle ad-hoc customer care back-office tasks, including quality control and reporting.
  • Handle reporting from service partners and provide expert support to service partners.

Who are you?

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can talk to anyone.
  • A talent for resolving customer complaints and making people happy
  • Experience in technical support or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to familiarize yourself with customer issues to ensure that we continue to deliver premium service.
