Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Passive House Systems are currently recruiting for the role of Business Sales Executive in our office in Ballincollig, Cork. The Business Sales Executive will provide advice to existing and potential customers. They will receive orders for specialist ventilation equipment, materials and other products or services that require technical knowledge of our equipment. Working within the ventilation team, the business Sales Executive, will be highly organised and manage multiple projects simultaneously, agreeing with the team, Line Manager and Senior Management on the prioritisation of key deliverables.
Job Description:
Seek out opportunities for Ventilation products and services growth by developing and maintaining new business relationships with customers and be the main sales point of contact.
Discuss customer requirements and advise them of the capabilities and limitations of the goods being sold to them.
Interface with admin in the processing of quotes and subsequent orders, delivery dates, payment arrangements
Obtain a high standard of domestic ventilation knowledge, understanding the Irish building standards requirements and be able to speak confidently to those with and without that knowledge.
Seek out opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
Support the development of a ventilation maintenance department.
Follow up conversations/visits to ensure customers satisfaction and to obtain further orders
Good housekeeping, paperwork to maintain records of sales, materials and any customer queries,
Carry out audits on stock and record and maintain good stock control
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Sage or other software
Fluent English.
A good team player, supporting colleagues, customers and suppliers as circumstances require and creating as pro-business environment.
Experience:
1-3 years experience in a sales/management style role
Knowledge of industry but not necessary
