Work tasks

You own the comprehensive development of laboratory and cleanroom product categories and system solutions. We provide our customers with end-to-end solutions that cover systems and modular structures.

You act as a global technical authority and category owner, ensuring solutions are technically excellent, compliant, scalable and easy to deploy across regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical and commercial roadmap for laboratory and cleanroom product categories

- Drive system level design of laboratory and cleanroom ventilation and automation solutions

- Enable scale-up through standardization, modularity and clear solution concepts

- Ensure compliance with laboratory and cleanroom regulations and standards

- Support sales and projects globally with technical expertise

- Improve competitiveness together with sourcing, manufacturing and marketing

- Translate strategy and market needs into concrete solution development

- Ensure solutions are visible and usable in digital sales and configuration tools

What you bring

- Engineering, life sciences or material sciences degree (e.g. HVAC, automation, mechanical, biotechnology)

- Strong background in the laboratories and cleanroom sector (with hands-on experience in, for example, the design, operation, or implementation of cleanrooms).

- Strong technical understanding, systemlevel thinking and commercial mindset

- Confidence to work with customers, consultants and internal experts globally

We consider an advantage the experience in designing ventilation and/or automation solutions for laboratories/cleanrooms and product, solution or category management experience in an international setting.
