Team Leader (Contact Centre) Shift pattern: 22.5 hours between 5pm and Midnight Monday - Friday As a Barclays Team Leader, you'll play a leading role in our Customer Service team.

We'll look to you to provide dedicated leadership and direction, owning individual and operational metrics and objectives, all while acting as a role model and leading by example when communicating new initiatives.
