MEDIAGENIX grows at a fast pace in the international media business. HR—and Recruitment in particular—is instrumental in delivering the ambitious MEDIAGENIX business strategy, recruiting best-in-class talent geared to the needs and demands of the business. Our ambition is to become even more proactive in our recruitment approach and develop talent pipelines for the longer term.  That is why we are looking for a Talent Sourcer. You will be working closely and in partnership with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (aka recruiter) to build and execute a proactive international recruitment strategy. Be our talent magnet In partnership with the MEDIAGENIX leadership team, you anticipate recruitment needs and minimize talent gaps, acting as strategic talent scout, innovator and effective networker. Starting from an analysis and good understanding of our market (broadcast management and product software) and our competitors, you proactively approach and contact interesting profiles that show interest in and understanding of our product and the market we are working in. You attend external networking events, such as IBC, engaging with future talent and promoting our employer brand. You build a talent pipeline by developing innovative approaches with a mix of networking tools and social media. Having detected interesting talent, you assess the fit by organizing screenings. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process guiding candidates through all the steps. In addition, you create and maintain an alumni network, keeping in touch with former colleagues and sharing interesting content with them.You have previous experience in managing relationships with internal customers. You are proactive in keeping up to date on market changes and have good insights and experience in the IT or broadcast job market. You show a sound interest in the methodology and software used at MEDIAGENIX, the solution we offer our customers, and the challenges of the broadcast management market. Strong communication skills and a proactive nature are essential. Fluent English is required – any additional language skills are an advantage.
