We are looking for German-speaking Inside Sales Representative (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What we offer you

Your benefits:

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00

- Salary 24 000 euros gross/year + up to 7 000 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us

As an Inside Sales Representative in our team, you will:

- Contact prospect clients by phone and email and build relationships with them by promoting healthcare product solutions and services at corresponding country market

- Negotiate product and project pricing with B2B prospects among hospital, medical center, and midwife customer segment

- Handle objections and pass through them to generate sales opportunities

- Manage and report on your sales pipeline in CRM where you owe the full sales cycle from qualification till purchase confirmation

- Achieve project KPIs and sales quota on monthly and quarterly bases

We'll be a great match if you:

- Are proficient or bilingual in German plus advanced English

- Are a proactive hunter, who is not afraid to pick up the phone, make a high volume of calls, and speak with clients to close deals

- Are highly energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of driving yourself to your targets

- Have initiative and a "get it done" mind set

- Have a strong sales-oriented mindset and desirably previous experience in sales environment
