Supply Chain Project Manager. Østjylland. Dinamarca

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project in the renewable industry. More specifically, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in projects across procurement, vendor management, IT, security functions and working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. The revised Network and Information Security Directive (NIS2) introduces a unified set of requirements and measures for managing cybersecurity risks, reporting incidents, addressing supply chain vulnerabilities, and promoting cooperation especially within critical sectors like energy.

QUALFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Proven track record in projects across procurement, vendor management, IT, security functions
• Experience working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
• Has successfully managed and lead several supply chain projects and understands supply chain and procurement processes, vendor lifecycle and security assessments and contractual security clauses
• Has in-depth knowledge and experience with cyber- and information security and a proven history of effectively designing, implementing/overseeing compliance implementations
• Is highly efficient in both verbal and written communication and can convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Has strong analytical abilities and is a proactive problem-solver
• Excels in planning, coordination, reporting and execution and always ensures that deliverables is in line with established milestones.
• Facilitates timely decision making and maintain transparent escalation pathways
• Nice to have: Understands the current cybersecurity challenges and regulatory requirements (ref. Klima-, Energi- og Forsyningsministeriet, Lov om styrket beredskab i energisektoren af 06/03/2025).
• Nice-to-have: Has experience in working with Supply chain risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800 161).
• NB: Security check required before onboarding
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start working right away
• Able to start right away

• Lead the workstream and handling the complex stakeholder landscape
• Responsible for ensuring that these key deliverables will be developed in collaboration with stakeholders and their legal advisor
• Supply chain security policy, supplier risk classification model, and baseline for security requirements aligned with regulatory and risk standards.
• Processes for supplier due diligence, risk-based security controls, contractual clauses, and ongoing monitoring including 2nd line oversight mechanisms
• Overview of suppliers and guidance for risk assessment of critical suppliers which are in scope of NIS2
• Guidance and best practices to ensure ongoing risk management within Ørsted’s supply chain and vendor management processes after the programme concludes
