In that case this might just be the job for you!About the departmentSupply Chain Analytics is based in Supply Chain Planning that is a part of Product Supply.

The department is responsible for a digital transformation of the end-to-end supply chain.

We transform data into business insight and we are rapidly developing towards advanced analytics with focus on simulations and predictive models.

We are also responsible for weekly business intelligence and performance management to secure an efficient supply chain delivering medicines to more than 28 million patients in 170 different countries.You will join an international team consisting of eight colleagues from four different countries.

We invest significant resources in developing our employees through coaching, frequent feedback, formal training and development through special assignments.The positionYour role will be focused around three main tasks: First, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of the Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & reports to senior stakeholders.

High data quality is paramount to gain and maintain our stakeholders trust.

As part of this you will ensure continuous improvement of data quality, tools, and processes.Second, you will function as the analytics offshoring partner.

You will be responsible for handing over tasks to the colleagues in our Indian office.

The responsibility will also include training to ensure a robust and high quality operating model.Last and third, you will play a central role in successful deployment of our strategy “to enhance decision making” by bringing new and advanced analytics solutions to our stakeholders.

You will drive and participate in various initiatives ranging from development of new supply chain intelligence to mobilising our analytical community.QualificationsYou have completed a Master's degree (e.g. in Supply chain management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or similar) with excellent results and a natural flair for data.

You have a minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience from either student jobs or internships.

Preferably, you have already worked with Alteryx & Tableau and are familiar with SQL or other programming languages.You are known for your strong drive, ability to create results, collaborative problem solving & analytical skills and you have an international mind-set.

As you will cooperate broadly with many stakeholders, you have excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills and you communicate clearly and concisely.
