Would you like to take part in building our position as a leader in the sustainable energy transformation?

 

Join us and become Junior In-house Strategy Consultant in Bioenergy & Thermal Power Strategy, where you’ll support strategic projects and develop decision-making material directly for senior management and business unit leaders. Bioenergy & Thermal Power (BTP) Strategy, which reports directly to the Executive Vice President of BTP, is responsible for developing Bioenergy & Thermal Power’s long-term strategy, executing strategic business development projects and supporting executive management.

 

Your key tasks will be to

  • help the strategy team deliver on projects and initiatives by conducting analyses and research, including market and technology screening
  • drive project tracks independently and deliver recommendations on business opportunities and next steps
  • prepare presentations and decision support material for strategy team members and senior stakeholders.

 

Your competences include that you

  • are a top student in the third year of your bachelor’s degree or have started on your master’s degree in economics, business or engineering
  • have excellent analytical skills and a solid eye for detail
  • are a structured problem-solver, with the ability to plan your work independently
  • have a flair for working with quantitative data
  • are a PowerPoint expert and are comfortable with Excel.

 

In addition, you speak and write English fluently. You have a strong personal impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be part of a dynamic and ambitious team focused on personal development, individual responsibility, a high competence level, team spirit and an informal tone.
