About the role

You will be responsible for:

Regularly monitor logistics systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Oversee all operational roles such as reworkers, pickers, loaders, reach drivers, and VNA drivers. Ensure the constant flow of operations.

Identify and address issues promptly, such as delays, technical failures, or communication problems.

Using data for performance analysis on Vocal Point and informed decision-making and report to the Team Leader

Maintain and update spreadsheets with accurate and current information on status and trailer numbers.

Knowledge to deal with different challenges as Inbound not available on Navitas

Real-time tracking of inventory, ensuring levels are optimized to meet demands.

About you

Proficient in Ms Office

Experience in Logistics / Warehouse
