Sarcol is is seeking a responsible and motivated Evening Team Lead to support the smooth running of the store during evening hours. The role involves guiding team members, supporting customer service, helping with daily shop routines, and ensuring store standards are maintained.

This position is suitable for candidates applying for a General Employment Permit

Team Support and Co-ordination

Support the evening team with daily shop activities.

Give direction on tasks throughout the shift.

Assist with the introduction and training of new team members.

Promote teamwork, a positive atmosphere, and Centra’s brand values.

End-of-Day Procedures

Assist with evening routines such as preparing reports, completing till-related tasks, and securing store materials.

Follow store steps for end-of-day checks.

Highlight any issues to store management.

Stock and Inventory Tasks

Assist with shelf presentation, stock rotation and product availability.

Help with stock counts, deliveries, and recording of stock levels.

Maintain tidy storage and shop-floor areas.

Customer Interaction

Support customers with queries in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Follow all store guidelines including food safety and health & safety.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.

Experience helping with shop routines such as till tasks, stock handling, or evening procedures.

Strong communication and task-organising ability.

Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Fully flexible for evening and weekend shifts.

Applicant must have a good command of the English language.

Hours: 39 per week

Salary: €34000

Annual Leave: 20 days + public holidays

Contract: Permanent, direct employment
