These are your tasks:

- Shape solution strategy: You define integrated solution concepts and roadmaps that align with business goals and deliver measurable customer value.

- Own the lifecycle: You manage solutions from ideation to rollout and continuous improvement, ensuring scalability, consistency, and governance across regions.

- Drive portfolio alignment: You evaluate solution opportunities based on strategic impact and profitability and ensure alignment with the overall product and service portfolio.

- Collaborate across functions: You work closely with product, service, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to define and refine solutions, and act as a key interface with regional stakeholders.

- Innovate for the future: You monitor trends, foster innovation through partnerships, and position the company as a solution-driven leader offering integrated, value-added offerings.

Who we are looking for:

- You have a university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, or a related field and proven experience in solution management, solution architecture, or product-service portfolio strategy within an international technical B2B environment.

- You have a strong knowledge of customer-centric solution creation, including services and lifecycle management.

- You have a proven ability to manage complex solution lifecycles across multiple regions, products, and services.

- You’re fluent in English.
