Our plant Alpenrind GmbH in Salzburg is looking for a Teamlead IT Service & Support (m/f/d).

This role will be part of an European IT matrix and will run a modern helpdesk and support structure with responsability for receiving, assessing, forwarding, and solving of incidents on 1st and 2nd level related to IT infrastructural support in Austria and related entities. The teamlead will be onsite in Salzburg.

What your job will include

• Run the 1st Level support for IT infrastructure, office equipment, telephony and mobile devices for the Austrian entities

• Build-up, run, and further develop the local Service & Support Team. Act as enabler and engage the 2nd Level Support team

• Create and run a comprehensive Shift System according to the business service hours ensuring system performance and availability

• Controls and assesses performance by creating regular reviews and reports

• Maintains the compliance and contractual execution of SLAs

• Improvement of the Service & Support processes and portfolio

• Responsible for forecasting and planning of the local client and office asset budget and ensures regular KPI reporting, based on Global KPIs

• Responsible for running asset procurement (incl. warranty and spare part management) and supports in the selection of 3rd party vendors for IT assets

• Supports and drives the usage of the company`s ITSM Tool – JIRA Atlassian

What we expect from you

• Bachelor in IT science or equivalent education

• Long-term experience in IT support and service within a production company

• Experience in leading and developing a team

• Service- and solution-oriented way of working

• Sound language skills in English and German

ALPENRIND GmbH offers you a performance-related overpayment in line with the market, which is above the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement. This is based on training, qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the collective labour agreement for butchers.
