Capsule Hotel assistant + Tour management. Lappi. Finlandia

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help manage our capsule hotel located near Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi, Finland.

Hotel Manager Responsibilities:

1. Oversee hotel operations, including guest check-in, staff management, and occasional housekeeping duties as needed during peak seasons.

2. Ensure high-quality guest services and maintain a clean and orderly environment throughout the hotel.

Tour Management Responsibilities:

1. Help customers book the tours

2. Involvement in planning, development, promotion, administration, and implementation of tourism products

3. Overseeing day-to-day tasks related to tour operations

4. Managing finer details of vacations or tours such as accommodations, meals, transportation, etc.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about Lapland and have an interest in gaining experience in hotel administration. During the low season, you need to work in our souvenir shop.

Job Highlights: The position offers a unique opportunity to live and work in Finland. The job is open for a minimum of one year, and candidates with a longer availability are preferred. The work hours are about 30-40 hours per week in low season and 40-50 hours in high season.

Requirements:

Driving license and having good driving skills

Fluent in English (Chinese or other languages are a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiar with office software

Good physical condition

Interest in hotel administration
