Service Support Engineer (m/f/d) - Nordic

Location: Albertslund (Kopenhagen)

Your responsibilities:

- Technical and commercial preparation of conversion quotations according to customer requirements

- Order entry and support of conversion orders

- Preparation and support of service meetings at customer site

- Develop and supervise customer-specific service contracts

- Actively follow up service support initiatives with key accounts

- Handling technical quality complaints

- Provide technical support for new service products

- Continuous improvement of service processes & tools

Your profile:

- Preferably a combined technical and commercial education (industrial or mechanical engineering, business administration or comparable)

- Several years of professional experience in technical sales of machinery and plant engineering, preferably in the food/beverage industry

- Very good data processing skills (MS Office/MS Project)

- Danish and English Business fluent, German is an advantage

- Goal-oriented and structured way of working

- Team player, assertive and pro-active

- Efficient time management and flexible to work assignment according to project requirements

- Willingness to travel abroad, primarily in Nordic countries
