We are looking for another World Class Player for our Nordic Retention Team

The Nordic Retention Team is a part of Customer Services and we handle all customers who calls us to terminate their agreements with Nets on Payment Terminals, International Acquirer Agreements and Dankort.

You will be entering a High-Performance Team, who all through 2016 and 2017 has impressed by delivering above expectations on almost all KPI's.

You must be able to work in an informal environment, where we help each other out when the going gets tough.

Customers in focus!

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

-Customer retention

-Answering calls from customers who wishes to terminate their agreement with NETS/TELLER

-Expanding the existing accounts

-Contacting existing customers

-Building customer relations

Preferred background, qualifications and experience

Your professional qualifications include:

-Fluent both verbal and oral in at least two Nordic languages at Business Level (e.g. Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish)

-Verbal and oral English at Business Level

-Strong communicative skills - also in writing

-Experience in Retention/Tele Sales

On a personal side, you are customer driven, accountable and a team player. You have a sales profile and love working with customers. Performance targets should make you tick and you seriously want to be a part of a Nordic team. You are known as a great listener and you are great at building customer relations in purpose of the retention/save. You should be able to perform under pressure and keep a cool mind.
