Type of contract:  Full time, 1-year fixed term contract with subsequent potential

permanent contract  

Department: Administration Department

Reporting to: Head of HR and Administration

Salary: Competitive

The Role

The HR & Finance Coordinator will be assisting and supporting the Head of HR &

Administration and the Finance Department with their day-to-day work.  

Responsibilities:

HR and Administration:

• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and provide assistance;

• Responsible for processing employee-related data and for maintaining organised

employee records;

• Support the recruitment/hiring process;

• Provide assistance in maintaining the good condition of the office and in

arranging any necessary repairs;

• Support other departments when needed with ad-hoc projects.

Finance Department:

• Processing accounting transactions;

• Drafting of financial reports/presentations;

• Processing the monthly VAT declaration and withholding tax;

• Any other tasks required within the remit of the work performed by the Finance

Department

Requirements:

• BA or equivalent in a relevant field (Accounting and HR/Office Management);

• At least 2 years' experience as an Accountant;

• At least 2 years' experience as an HR/Office Management Coordinator or similar;

• Knowledge of the accounting system BOB50;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint in

particular);

• Interest in working in a dynamic and international sports environment.

Languages

• English and French proficiency in both speaking and writing;

• Any other European language is a plus.

and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;  

• Discrete, tactful and able to treat confidential information;

• Attentive to details and problem-solving skills;

• Energetic, pro-active, solution-oriented, and able to deliver a high level of

• Team player, diplomatic and not afraid of taking responsibilities;

• Strong emotional intelligence;

• Flexibility in terms of assigned tasks and readiness to assist other

colleagues/departments whenever needed;  

• Eager to work in a multi-national challenging sports environment.

Full time job with possiblitliy to extend the CDD to a CDI
